PROBLEM: Opener Does NOT Run From Wall Console
1. Check to make sure the console is getting power – for example a light source. If the light turns on then the power source is OK. If the lamp does not turn on, check your circuit breaker and your fuses.
2. If your power source is okay, check the connection of the wall console at the power source and the console.
3. Check if the consoles Sure-lock is ON. If it is set to ON, turn it OFF. Try to open the door using the wall console.
4. Check for broken, cut, or damaged wires. Do NOT EVER attempt any electrical work with the wall console plugged into power. Unplug the wall console before attempting any fixes. If you are not comfortable working with electricity, call an electrician to help you. Electricity is very dangerous if you are not careful.
